Yes, a joint statement by other ISOC chapters would be very

The voting of the bill in the Brazilian Senate, due for
yesterday, has been postponed to next week, after intense
opposition and pressure by many organizations. This is the third
time that the voting is postponed by 1 week, because of strong

        its content considerably.
