 are highly unlikely to cover more than 2%. We also need policies that will make a difference for the other 98%, as I've written here before.</div>

 generous person I've always respected, never overcame her big company background as a Verizon advocate. I'm hopeful Andrew can lead the change we need.</div>

<div style="font-family:"trebuchet ms",sans-serif">On staff hires, I think we should look for people who have succeeded in organizations - like the IETF - where the divisions, like our chapters, play a leading role. while working with the larger group. </div>

<div style="font-family:"trebuchet ms",sans-serif">On policy hires, I believe we should look for people who have shown they can build bridges across the North-South divide. The Internet was built largely by the more affluent countries. Today, the less affluent
 are a majority but the system hasn't adjusted. We believe "The Internet is for Everyone." ISOC will fail if we don't adjust.</div>
