We are honored that such well-qualified <br clear="none">individuals offered to serve on the Board. The election results were <br clear="none">certified today, according to the elections timetable.<br clear="none"><br clear="none">CHAPTERS<br clear="none"> In the Chapters election we had 4 candidates for one Trustee seat.<br clear="none"> Walid Al-Saqaf received the greatest number of votes.<br clear="none"><br clear="none">ORGANIZATIONS<br clear="none"> In the Organization Members election there were 3 candidates for one<br clear="none"> Trustee seat.<br clear="none"> Robert Pepper received the largest weighted vote count.<br clear="none"><br clear="none">Please join me in congratulating the successful candidates and thanking <br clear="none">all who ran.<br clear="none"><br clear="none">It may be of further interest that in the 2018 Elections, 91 of the 122 <br clear="none">eligible Chapters voted, or 74.59% and 68 out of 122 eligible <br clear="none">Organization Members voted, or 55.74%.<br clear="none"><br clear="none">Challenges may be lodged between now and 15:00 UTC on Wednesday,<br clear="none">18 April by email to the President of the Internet Society,<br clear="none">Kathy Brown (<a shape="rect" ymailto="mailto:brown@isoc.org" href="mailto:brown@isoc.org">brown@isoc.org</a><mailto:<a shape="rect" ymailto="mailto:brown@isoc.org" href="mailto:brown@isoc.org">brown@isoc.org</a>>).<br clear="none">Any such challenges must be addressed to the President of the Internet <br clear="none">Society with a recital of the reasons for the challenge.
