focus on technical grounding of all decisions;
prioritizing the stable, secure, robust and
resilient operation of the DNS and other
coordinated identifier systems, esp. vis-a-vis
market creation; fight against mission creep
(unnecessary expansion of ICANN activities
beyond its mission); support transparency of
all organizations (not only ICANN Board and
staff but for example At Large member
organizations); and contribute to
organizational clarity (including: ICANN's
reserves and budget; Reviews; the broader
consequences of the IANA transition and the
restructuring that has been following it.)</div>
