      Trustees in the CRO Search Committee; agree with you.<br>

      start a positive and constructive dialogue with the chapters; if
      you include them somehow (not suggesting here to involve them -
      that's the job of the Trustees, that's why you are elected!) in
      the process, this may bring them closer together, and closer to
      Reston. <br>
