Olivier,

were that so, the forgetting that would be unforgivable after nine years would be of the substantive collaboration between all parties which has been pointed at repeatedly. Carlos Vera, in particular, has brought up a very important distinction in what happens when fellowships are granted in coordination with the chapters and when they are not. The games that can derive from that have already been pointed at. The new social compact we need goes beyond the words of the Agreement and Charter and seems to have managed to go around the ChAC as well. If people who have been at this all along that period and more continue to point at these same few essential and unfulfilled things, where is the lack of memory?

Alejandro Pisanty

On Thu, Sep 7, 2017 at 2:03 AM, Olivier MJ Crépin-Leblond <ocl@gih.com> wrote:

This think that was done already, starting in 2008.
See the call for activity:

And then the nature of the Internet is such that complete chunks of
history disappear at the flick of a switch. The WIKI for the project
is mostly vaporized but a few front pages exist:
In the archive.org wayback machine there are many snapshots of the
WIKI:
You can consult other instances of the WIKI's front page using the

I am sorry you were not able to take part then, but a 9 year (!!!)
bottom-up process to reach where we are today is worth applauding.
