The following application to start a Chapter in the <span class="" style="text-decoration:underline"></span>US New Mexico  has been received (attached) . It is being sent to the chapter delegates community for peer comment and review.</p>

Please note that the Chapter is not yet formed and has not officially been recognized by the Internet Society.</p>
