I am very happy to see this proposal, which fulfils a long-felt need
in the commercial capital of India.

However, when going through the list of founding members, I did not
immediately recognise any names. While it is good to have young,
energetic members in a chapter, it would be good if some people
well-known in the Internet industry or have a strong association
with ISoc be invited to help strengthen the chapter at its
inception, even if not from the Mumbai area.

Also, Mumbai being the headquarters of many of India's largest
Internet companies, it would be good if a few more of them were
enrolled as supporters.

Wishing the Mumbai chapter all success, and looking forward to
working with them,
