I believe I have totally confused which invitation I forwarded to which<br>

This Steering Committee Monthly meeting is _not _the one that was opened.<br>

What was opened was the Chapter Advisory Council thrice annual meeting.<br>

The Steering Committee meeting was not opened to observer at this point.<br>
<br>
As for the list this invitation was sent to, between Chapter Delegates<br>
or Chapter Officers, I admit I have trouble knowing which list serves<br>
which purpose. Further there is a confusion in our terminology between<br>
Chapter Delegated and Chapter Advisory Council Delegates.<br>
<br>
I am going to ask the ISOC supporting staff and the ChAC Secretary to<br>
help me fix the confusion.<br>
