first part of the program brings together Heads of Departments,
Lecturers/Researchers from some selected universities where computer science or
computer engineering is/are taught for a round table discussion. The purpose of
this round table discussion is to explain the mission and activities of the
Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF), to the Ghanaian university community the
understanding. The second session of the first part of the program will discuss
the internet access in Ghana and its thrust. The output of this session will

challenges and drivers. Also the most critical thrust on the Internet issues in
