<div>I attended the conference in Cuba. More than "unusual", Vint's presentation was basically the same he made in Montevideo last December, the last one I personally witnessed. </div>
<div>Perhaps the unusual part is having him in Cuba, but given that Obama will be visiting Havana next week, a Google exec might not be surprising. </div>
<div>For what is worth, I have not seen a single security guard at the conference floor.</div>
