I know Chip Sharp, he is a very dynamic person, he was my instructor at Cisco back in 2008, if only we had a person like him in our ISOC Chapter here in Rwanda, it could be a blessing. </p>

well Chip Sharp and Mark Urban and they are both committed
individuals who will make the chapter work. Chip, in particular
tends to always give 100% in whatever action he is involved in. I
