He was a full participant and I am confident that he has brought together a fine team to build the chapter. As Tracey has stated Barbados as one of the small Island states has been a leading star in creating an Internet strategy and their proactive internet strategy is good for ISOC to have on the ground activists. very impressed that he's been able to work efficiently to get it on

already well integrated in the local community through its list of
