Otherwise why don't we do it the old-fashioned, pre-cloud way: send a spreadsheet via E-Mail and we will each update it and send it back to Jocye.<br>

In any case, I agree with Winthrop that the proposed method for notifying the selected representatives is not appropriate.<br>
