<div>As you all know the Chapter Advisory Council charter has been approved by the Board of Trustees on April 21st. </div>

<div>As all Chapters in good standing can have one representative on the Council (see point 3.1 of the Charter) I would like to encourage you to appoint a delegate to represent your Chapter.</div>
