In short: out of my head I see 4 main directions under discussion in
Germany. Some are also addressed on <a
class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://ISOC.DE">https://ISOC.DE</a><br>
<ul>
<li>extension of legal surveillance by intelligence services (and
maybe police)<br>
</li>
<li>restrictions on free cryptography</li>
<li>extended data preservation (of connection data)</li>
<li>a new law on cyber security (sounds good in general but has
some strings attached).</li>
</ul>
