    Thanks for the good news about the approval by the Board of the
    Chapter Advisory Council. This is really great news. Shout out to
    John (ISOC DC Co Convener)and Evan (ISOC Canada) for all their hard
    work on the Chapter Advisory Council. I agree with others this is a
    major step forward for Chapters as it will help them have more of a
    voice. I look forward to seeing it go forward. I know that there is
    still much work to be done in getting the Council operational but
    this is a great step forward. Looking forward to reading more about
    it in the blog that Joyce was mentioning.<br>

        committed to helping the AC have an effective role in ISOC and
        give chapters  the representation they deserve. </p>
