<p dir="ltr">Dear all,</p>
<p dir="ltr">I join Gihan in thanking all those who made the Chapter Advisory Council a reality and also the Board for approving it.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Putting this project together is a major step in promoting a more bottom-up approach in ISOC but there's still a long way to go and the actual hard work is just beginning.</p>
<p dir="ltr">As an incoming board member (starting in June), I am committed to helping the AC have an effective role in ISOC and give chapters  the representation they deserve. </p>

    Thanks to all those who made the Chapters AC possible, including
    Joyce, John More and Evan Leibovitch and many others, including
