  <div class=""><br class=""></div>
<div class="">Let me express my profound disagreement with your statement for NMI.
First, at the most general level, it assumes that NMI is necessary, and is
read as too happy that a single, overarching Internet governance structure may
  emerge.</div>
  <div class=""><br class=""></div>
<div class="">As far as I can tell both views have not been backed by ISOC and are in
fact contrary to ISOC's accumulated views, experience, principles and
  outlook. </div>
  <div class=""><br class=""></div>
<div class="">Going into more detail, I oppose statements or phrases such as "in their
respective roles", for favorign a silo approach instead of a collaborative
stance, and many others. Going into further detail would drag us into a
rathole and I refuse to go that way when we have such a massive discrepancy at
  the highest level.</div>
  <div class=""><br class=""></div>
  <div class="">Yours,</div>
