I just see a lot of value judgements in advance about an initiative by one of the most bottom up organizations in the world: cgi.br
Some of its members have already stated they (cgi.br) will guarantee all important values we all care for
Why does not ISOC just join as leading I* member and helps guarantee that the best intentions of cgi.br will be protected and improved?
ISOC asked for our comments, and with all due respect, none of my comments is reflected in the Board of trustees statement.

Maybe is good we all put our own both up standards under review.
