Yesterday we got notice that we weren't awarded the project. involved with one proposal that received its rejection letter this week. In
fact, the response was ambiguous whether it was just this specific proposal
that failed, or whether UNESCO had decided not to proceed at all with the
project.</div>

be interesting to see who, if anyone, gets the contract. Sometimes, even in an

need to be considered.)</div>

<div>ISOC staff has kindly provided a mailing list which I will populate
with those willing to participate. I recognize that this is very late stage
- travel and its consequences took a toll - and that in the next 48 hours we
could also have to declare a no-go. </div>
