I'll check whether we still have time and if we seem to gather together the needed strengths.</div>
<div><br></div><div>To those who proposed Diplo or mentioned "policy shops" - no, Diplo will surely bid on their own; and regarding policy shops who would work with us instead of on their own, suggestions welcome.</div>
<div><br></div><div>One final point: please state whether you see a conflict in having the chapter or its leaders competing with your members. For my case it is a serious concern. Should a chapter do consulting like this? (in Mexico our conclusion has been negative so far; this project has something that merits further analysis instead of outright rejection).</div>
