A number of changes have taken place in the Estonia Chapter.<br>
<br>
End of last year our chairman Saskia Kiisel resigned from the board.<br>
The board elected me as the new chairman and I appointed Joosep<br>
Taluväli as the vice chairman. Kaido Kikkas continues as a board<br>
member.<br>
<br>
I was able to secure our chapter funding from the government. 25k<br>
euros have arrived in our bank account and 3 days ago the general<br>
assembly approved the use of the majority of these funds as the<br>
chairman's salary for one year.<br>
<br>
I'm looking forward to proving that well-funded ISOC chapters can be a<br>
formidable force in local politics.<br>
