<div dir="ltr">Hi <div>We completed a very successful event in Oshawa, Ontario Canada today on our  Family Day a holiday in the middle of winter( same as the US  dead president's day) </div><div><br></div><div>Our event was originally going to be very geeky-hacker but we decided to broaden the creativity beyond the computer sphere since computing impacts everyone and the issues of  privacy, Net Neutrality and more impacts everyone.</div>
<div><br></div><div>We also wanted to have a free event for the vendors and the audience. This is a challenge but it does work.  I would encourage the  ISOC  Chapters to embrace this type of event as a public outreach  beyond the  university focused events.   Pictures will be posted and video coming as well </div>
