      The new Board of ISOC Hong Kong has been elected. I have stepped
      down from the post of Chair and stay in the Board.<br>
      Mr. Chester Soong, our previous Convener of Security and Privacy
      Working Group, has been elected as the new Chair.<br>
      <br>
