This is all along the lines ISOC-Armenia, ISOC-Poland and
ISOC-Bulgaria have been suggesting since 2011 on, and fits into our
(ISOC.bg) project on Internet governance.
I am hopeful that this will mean ISOC will support chapters to
engage with their national governments, and join their governmental
delegations to the ITU meetings, GAC meetings, IGFs, and the Brazil
high-level meeting in 2014. Since ISOC cannot do that, the least
they can do is organize funding for the chapters, which can.
