The Charter includes a requirement that Chapters report election results each year.<br>

The Australian Chapter (ISOC-AU) held its AGM on 16 October 2013.<br>
<br>
The election of Directors was contested by a field of 6 well-qualified individuals.  Those who were elected to the Board were (in alpha order):<br>
-   Gunela Astbrink   (re-elected, after rotational retirement)<br>
-   Narelle Clark     (re-elected, after rotational retirement)<br>
-   Roger Clarke      (re-elected, after rotational retirement)<br>
-   Chris Disspain    (newly-elected;  CEO, .au Domain Administrator)<br>

At the next meeting of the Board following the AGM, office-bearer positions were voted on, as required by the Articles of Association. All four incumbents were nominated, and returned to their existing positions:<br>
President:   Narelle Clark<br>
Vice-Pres:   George Fong<br>
Treasurer:   Paul Brooks<br>
Secretary:   Roger Clarke<br>
