<div><br></div><div>For your information   IEEE  has created a  program to establish  SIGHT  locations. </div><div><br></div><div>Special  Interest  Groups on Humanitarian Technologies (SIGHT)</div><div><br></div><div>Note  that  the mandate of IEEE  is to  bring the benefits of technology to the entire world. </div>
<div><br></div><div>Since  ISOC's  vision  is  "Internet for Everyone"   I believe some of you might be interested in forming  a SIGHT  group in your location.  All you need is an idea and  8 signatures of reps or student branches. </div>
<div><br></div><div>If you are not  IEEE  members  I would suggest  linking up with your  local IEEE  Chapters to form a  SIGHT  location</div><div><br></div><div>A small about  of  seed funds are available as a start but it  taps you into your  local  region and chapter for future support and expertise. </div>
