<div>to agree with Chrisitian even more deeply: the Chapter Advisory Council must be designed in such a way that it is not a very desirable job, carrying much more responsibilities (like constant bottom-up consultation, drafting of texts, bringing to the community
tons of well-understood information, etc.) and an obligation of service to the community.</div>

Agreed. Determining the role and scope lf the Council within the structure of the Internet Society (obviously also including a discussion and understanding of the role of the Chapters) is a pre-condition to designing the structure of the Council.<br>
