share and seek feedback on a <b>visual timeline of global

visualisation was developed by Joana Varon (Center for
Technology and Society from Fundação Getulio Vargas,
Brazil), Deborah Brown (Access Now, USA), and me (Global
Partners) in an effort to better focus our advocacy efforts
and understand where main discussions about global internet
governance are taking place over the next year. We were
specifically aiming to: 1) identify forums where internet
governance is being discussed/decided over the next year;
and 2) identify avenues for participation for civil society
to influence those processes. We have taken two particular
processes and their relevant outcomes as our end points –
the <b>ITU Plenipotentiary 2014</b> and the <b>WSIS+10
review event in 2015</b> – and weaved other forums around
them. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">Given MAGIG’s
focus on IG, I thought the members might find this useful in
their own work. Furthermore,<b><u> to make the tool useful
for the broader community (MAGIG included), we would be
interested to receive your feedback.</u></b> Based on
this, we are planning to work with a designer who will help
us make it more user-friendly. With this in mind, we are
particularly interested in hearing your thoughts on:</span></p>
