if you want to do so, you are really welcome, but it is not urgent nor<br>
critical now.<br>

The idea was to collect input from chapters about what kind of actions<br>
we think would help us to free chapter leadership resources so to focus<br>
on ISOC mission and not in chapter admin chores.<br>
<br>
Most of us are in a deadlock: we cannot ask for fees or sponsorships for<br>
the chapter if we cannot have a bigger presence in the media and impact<br>
on our community. And we cannot have this impact if the leadership team<br>
and the few that cooperate have to focus on chapter admin instead of<br>
main goals.<br>
<br>
We already got some inputs (Iif you want, do feel free to add yours in a<br>
column, and mew add lines if needed too) so we can start talking to HQ<br>
team on how to move that topic forward.<br>
