In general there is a problem with safety of all participants. In any<br>
case, I think it is reasonable to inform officially all participates,<br>
that ISOC will not carry any responsibility for safety of the workshop<br>
participants and will not provide any insurance. Even if the the venue<br>
will be near the airport. As an option -ISOC have to provide<br>
appropriate measures to insure participants, at least for those, who<br>
have fellowship.<br>
I do not think, that situation in the Istanbul is extremely dangerous,<br>
but if there will be a problem with any fellow, who will take care?<br>
