              make excellent progress on the Executive Search to fill
              Lynn St. Amour’s position. We are finalizing the position
              description and moving closer to selecting the Search Firm
              to help us identify qualified candidates for this
              position. We initially contacted 12 Search Firms and have
              shortlisted three for final interviews in the coming days.</i></b></div>

        <div><b><i>We will provide regular updates as we reach
              significant milestones in the process.  We are confident
              that we are on track to announce a new Internet Society
              President and CEO by February 2014.   </i></b></div>
