            behalf of the Internet Society Board of Trustees, I wanted
            to provide an update on the Executive Search to fill Lynn
            St. Amour’s CEO position in 2014. The Board takes its
            responsibility to recruit and hire the CEO very seriously. 
            We are committed to conducting a thorough search to identify
            the best possible candidate for this important position.  <o:p></o:p></span></i></b></p>

      style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><b><i><span
style="font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1F497D">Since


            Lynn’s announcement, the Board has contacted specialists in
            the field to develop an effective process to identify
            highly-qualified candidates.  A CEO Appointments Committee,
            comprised of Board members, is currently being established
            to develop the job description and the terms and conditions
            under which the new CEO will be engaged.  We are also hiring
            an Executive Search firm to facilitate the recruitment
            process.  <o:p></o:p></span></i></b></p>
