    This is a great news! First of all, I would like to thank you and
    you team for your constant attention to Chapter needs. <br>
    <br>
    It appears clearly from previous discussions on this list that
    Chapters need more empowerment from ISOC HQ. I would also like to
    mention that many Chapters are not aware or are not using the
    available resources put in place by ISOC HQ. <br>
    <br>
    In regard to that,  I personally welcome this idea of forming a
    working Group on that issue and will be glad to join.<br>

        available resources.  A representative chapter working group has
        the best opportunity to see the spectrum of these needs and the
        array of possible solutions that might be proposed.</div>
