    No, what's embarrassing is that <b>you </b>have to ask every year
    ISOC for the same goal. <br>
    Why wouldn't ISOC say, "Gee, you have the same conditions, and they
    are not changing. Let's have a program to support your face to face
    meeting. Here's an endowment for that purpose".  <br>
    Then, if they don't give you funding, <b>that</b> will be
    embarrassing;-)<br>
