We are pleased to share with you the letter by UN Under-Secretary-General Mr. Wu Hongbo which informs us that he has asked our colleague Markus Kummer to serve as Interim Chair for the Internet Governance Forum (IGF) Open Consultations and Multi-stakeholder Advisory Group (MAG) meetings.<br>

In this role,  Markus will work with the MAG to prepare for the IGF 2013 meeting to be held in Bali, Indonesia, from 22 to 25 October.<br>
<br>
The next IGF Open Consultations and MAG meetings will be held in Paris from 28 February to 1 March. We will report back to our Members shortly after the meetings on any new developments regarding the preparations for IGF 2013.<br>
