<p align="left">To prevent confusion of who should receive the ballot for your Chapter, we would kindly ask you to check and if necessary update the information so that only <b>one</b> <b>"Chapter Voting Delegate" </b>is listed. In the rare case that the "Chapter Voting Delegate" is not reachable, we will contact the "<b>Chapter Alternative Voting Delegate</b>". Please ensure that this alternative officer role has also only  <b>one</b> person listed (and is not the same person as the "Chapter Voting Delegate").</p>
