<div dir="ltr">This is a laudable, and hopefully effective, local initiative to engage the local tech community in policy dvelopment, something I think any Chapter could possibly adapt and adopt. Involves 1) a crowd-moderated forum, in this case <a href="http://ideascale.com" target="_blank">ideascale</a>, but <a href="http://www.google.com/moderator/" target="_blank">google moderater</a> - as utilized by ISOC Chennai earlier today for their Vint Cerf event - can work equally well; 2) an initial set of goals to get the ball rolling, and 3) a hashtag, to get the word out. <div>
