Recently (July) there has been a huge modification in the telecom law in Belgium (84 pages) with many new and updates elements. ISOC Québec recently notified the Canadian Government and its
Industry Canada ministry responsable to prepare the WCIT Canadian
participation, that we would like to activily participate in
helping the Canadian Gov to better understand ISOC's views on the
future of the Internet according to ISOC's values and mission.<br>

Just to add to what we've done on the WCIT issue and to revive the
discussion.<br>
