    what a shock! I had to be off from a working Internet connection for
    a while, and when I came back I saw that you will be gone from ISOC
    in about one month's time.<br>
    <br>
    Well, I have three things to say:<br>
    <br>
    - Thanks for all your guidance and help since we started to get
    going in Cambodia<br>
    <br>
    - All the best to you and your partner and your parents, as you move
    on<br>
    <br>
    - BUT:  how will we continue with the Cambodia Chapter problems
    beyond our control here, which you know well - so any newcomer to
    succeed you will have to learn them from scratch and see if there is
    a way to survive beyond September 2012 - or if that date may bring
    our efforts to have a Cambodia Chapter to a final end. More off-line
    soon - and I hope we can have a lot of communication as long as you
    are here.<br>
