According to an IPv6 expert friend of mine, it is possible to
install the old version of the Ariport tool and manage the IPv6
settings. Not sure if the two tools can be installed in parallel.<br>

It sems that the IPv6 configuration I did before works as it
should on my Airport Extreme, but with the new release of the
Airport utility, I can no longer change any IPv6 settings. Strange
behaviour of Apple!<br>
