<div>As has been said, the discussion - and the absence in it of ISOC's core decision makers - goes far beyond the practical and monetary arrangements for the INET event. It has become a debate - a test - of what ISOC really is, does, and wants to project to
the world. And how it decides all that, with whom, with what priorities.</div>
