<div>Presently, I believe that entrance to <u>ALL</u> INET activities should be free for all ISOC members. Chapter members continuously invest lots of volunteer hours to support ISOC's mission around the world. Should this be taken into consideration? What you all think?</div>

Marcin, in 2001 ISOC was an almost bankrupt organization. Today it has millions of dollars, which it can't spend, and has increased the staff tens of times, compared to 2001. Let's not compare expenses, but income.<span class="HOEnZb"><font color="#888888"><br>

When we met last time in Stockholm in 2001 the price was $499 for ISOC members,<br>
which makes it 580 of today's Swiss Francs! So you get two gala dinners<br>
included now for that price! It's a bargain! :)<br>

I sneaked in for free as a volunteer and this was my first contact with<br>
a global Internet community.<br>
