If it is a DNS filtering, is that mean, that Spanish law is possible
to use only in .es zone? How they can use this law for other ccTLD
and gTLDs?<br>
If it is a content blocking by operators, it means, that user in
Spain shall not have access to the Internet, but shall have an
access to "restricted Internet"<br>
Do you have any accepted Net Neutrality strategy or regulation or
any legal act? Content filtering by operators is a violation of Net
Neutrality concept.<br>
