Briefing Session (Dec 7)</u></b><br>There are currently 22 gTLDs (generic Top Level Domains) such as .com, .net, .org etc. Starting from 12 Jan 2012, you can apply for .web, .music, .apps, .shop, .apple, .msn, .tokyo whatever you like and imagine!!! It is anticipated that there could be “hundreds” of new gTLDs, which will substantially change the landscape of the Internet world. It will provide more choices not only for brand holders but also open doors to new business models which is named "Cyber-estate" for investors.<br>

<br><b><u>First IPv6 Certification and Training Program in Hong Kong (Dec 20-21)</u></b><br>Internet Society Hong Kong (ISOC-HK) and Hurricane Electric jointly organized the first IPv6 Certification and training Program in Hong Kong. The first 2 days training program has been scheduled on December 20-21, 2011 @ Cyberport Hong Kong. Guest trainer <b>Owen Delong</b>, IPv6 Evangelist and Director of Professional Services of Hurricane Electric and local trainer <b>Sang Young</b>, Head of IPv6 Training Team, Internet Society Hong Kong will faciliate the informative program. Featured content will include real-world IPv6 concepts and deployment techniques. The program will also incorporate hands-on exercises for practical deployment preparing students for the online IPv6 certification program.<br>
