So here the effort of ISOC.DE:

Together with one of the most well-known museums for german history we
organized an event Roots of the Net 5 years ago. The complete
documentation
is available at:
  <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://www.isoc.de/roots-of-the-net/">http://www.isoc.de/roots-of-the-net/</a> (in German - but e.g. Google
translate
    produces understandable results)
As a follow-up we launched a project one years ago - aiming for
documenting
Internet history in the region.

We might be able to compile some of the info for presentation on INET
2012 in Geneva.
