<div><br></div>The prime way that a Chapter can address *all* members, and I think it works very well, is through the newsletter.<div><br></div><div>One submits info to <a href="mailto:newsletter@isoc.org">newsletter@isoc.org</a> which staff will then publish, at their discretion, as a wordpress post.<br>
