the background to the NY "operation" ... and I believe it raises
much broader issues including Security.</FONT></DIV>

beginning of September 2011, and I believe cirulated widely within security
groups. (including the Internet Security Alliance of which

Announcement indicated that plans were emerging for similar protests including
in London, Paris, Madrid, Milan and San Francisco. The "operation" was
also indicated to last for "a few months".</FONT></DIV>

have been many press reports since 17 September 2011 when "Operation Wall
