style='font-size:12.0pt'>The Sixth Annual IGF Meeting will be held in <st1:place
w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Nairobi</st1:City>, <st1:country-region w:st="on">Kenya</st1:country-region></st1:place>
on 27-30 September 2011 at the United Nations Office (UNON). The proposed main theme
of the meeting is: <em><i><font face="Times New Roman">'</font></i></em><strong><b><i><font
face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-style:italic'>Internet as a catalyst
for change: access, development, freedoms and innovation</span></font></i></b></strong><em><i><font
face="Times New Roman">'</font></i></em>. The draft <a

style='font-size:12.0pt'>Mr. Sha Zukang, the Under-Secretary-General of the
United Nations, sent a <a
href="http://www.intgovforum.org/cms/2011/SDOC4950.pdf">letter</a> to MAG
members renewing their mandate and inviting them “to continue their
valuable contribution throughout this year until the conclusion of the 2011 IGF
meeting in <st1:City w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Nairobi</st1:place></st1:City>”.

Ambassadors Programme. The call for applications is now closed and we are

style='font-size:12.0pt'>As part of the Internet Society’s <a

involve members in ISOC’s global engagement activities while providing

participation of first time Ambassadors as well as returning Ambassadors from
